Am 24. September 2025 startet unser nächstes ITSM-SUMMIT. Unser Summit ist eine Veranstaltung, die sich auf das IT Service Management (ITSM) konzentriert.
ITSM beschreibt, wie IT-Teams IT-Services nahtlos ihren Kunden bereitstellen, einschließlich aller Prozesse und Aktivitäten rund um die Planung, Erstellung, Lieferung und Unterstützung dieser Services.
Er bietet eine Plattform für Fachleute aus der IT-Branche, um sich über die neuesten Trends, Best-Practices und Innovationen im Bereich ITSM auszutauschen. Es ist ein Ort, an dem Ideen geteilt, Netzwerke gebildet und Wissen über die effiziente und effektive Bereitstellung von IT-Services erweitert wird.
Unsere Veranstaltung beinhaltet Workshops, Vorträge und Diskussionsrunden, in denen Experten ihr Fachwissen teilen und Einblicke in die ITSM-Zukunft geben.
This year's ITSM-SUMMIT took place at THE FONTENAY Hamburg, and in line with the modern new location we presented our innovative approaches for your IT infrastructure together with our partners. We are especially pleased about the overwhelmingly positive feedback of the many participants, and we look forward to further or new cooperation with you all!
The Sector Nord AG is now officially Premium Partner for i-doit and thus one of the first addresses for your project in the field of IT documentation with i-doit.
In 17 years in which Sector Nord AG has been active as a training company, a total of 31 trainees have successfully completed their vocational training.
We are very proud that also our 31st apprentice was awarded with the best grade by the IHK!

My name is Leon, I am 22 years old and come from Oldenburg. After I finished the technical secondary school in Varel, I started my studies in electrical engineering and later in 2-subject Bachelor of Mathematics and Computer Science. In August I start my apprenticeship as IT specialist for application development at Sector Nord AG.
