i-doit pro Znuny Add-on

The ((OTRS)) Community Edition / Znuny LTS - i-doit interface allows i-doit objects to be linked to ((OTRS)) Community Edition / Znuny LTS tickets. All object types are assigned a new category "((OTRS)) Community Edition / Znuny LTS". In this category, all ((OTRS)) Community Edition / Znuny LTS tickets for the corresponding object are displayed.

It is also possible to create a new ticket for this object. A link to this object is created automatically. On the ((OTRS)) Community Edition / Znuny LTS page, all linked / affected objects for the open ticket are displayed. When creating a ticket in ((OTRS)) Community Edition / Znuny LTS, you can select whether and with which i-doit objects the new ticket should be linked. To do this, after entering the customer, all objects assigned to them are listed. All other objects can also be linked to tickets.
