This extension is designed for companies that want to digitize their invoicing processes while also complying with the legal requirements for electronic invoices in Germany.

Scope of Services

• Integration of PDF Maker: The solution is based on PDF Maker, a powerful tool for creating and customizing PDF documents within vTiger.
• Zugpferd-compliant PDF invoices: Extension of the PDF Maker to generate invoices in the Zugpferd format (version 1.0 or higher), including an embedded XML file in accordance with the specifications.
• Compatibility with vTiger 8.3 (or higher): The solution has been specifically developed and tested for the current version of vTiger 8.3 (or higher).
• User-Friendly Templates: Provision of customizable invoice templates that are both visually appealing and technically compliant.
• Support and Maintenance: Optional support from Sector Nord AG for setup and customization is provided as part of a service package.

Prerequisites

• Installed and configured vTiger CRM version 8.3 or higher
• PDF Maker (Professional or Enterprise Edition) as a prerequisite for PDF generation
• Basic configuration of invoice and company data in the CRM
