Am 24. September 2025 startet unser nächstes ITSM-SUMMIT. Unser Summit ist eine Veranstaltung, die sich auf das IT Service Management (ITSM) konzentriert.
ITSM beschreibt, wie IT-Teams IT-Services nahtlos ihren Kunden bereitstellen, einschließlich aller Prozesse und Aktivitäten rund um die Planung, Erstellung, Lieferung und Unterstützung dieser Services.
Er bietet eine Plattform für Fachleute aus der IT-Branche, um sich über die neuesten Trends, Best-Practices und Innovationen im Bereich ITSM auszutauschen. Es ist ein Ort, an dem Ideen geteilt, Netzwerke gebildet und Wissen über die effiziente und effektive Bereitstellung von IT-Services erweitert wird.
Unsere Veranstaltung beinhaltet Workshops, Vorträge und Diskussionsrunden, in denen Experten ihr Fachwissen teilen und Einblicke in die ITSM-Zukunft geben.
SNAG-View 4 offers the option of sending notifications via an SMSEagle modem. This modem can of course be monitored by SNAG-View 4 and, conversely, it can also be used to monitor SNAG-View.
During the i-doit Community Call #13 on the 12th of December 2024, the new i-doit JiraAssetImporter Add-on was presented.
Version 6.1 has been available for your SMSEagle since December 9, 2024.

If you do not wish to include all Active Directory users in i-doit, you can restrict said users via filters. Previously, the configuration of the LDAP filter could only be achieved by using the Filter Builder.
Starting from i-doit Version 31, the filter string can be edited directly.
