This Znuny add-on enables login to Znuny (and OTRS CE) via OpenID Connect (OIDC), e.g. via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Google. Authentication takes place via mod_auth_openidc using the Apache web server. Thanks to built-in mapping, user attributes (such as email or user name) are automatically transferred - new agents are created directly if required.
