Central monitoring of the IT infrastructure is indispensable in companies. Problems in critical systems and services must be recognized, before a complete failure can paralyze one or more processes in the enterprise.

SNAG-View is based on the principle of groups and inheritance so that the structure of a standard monitoring does not become too time-consuming: In this way, a service profile created once is rolled out to several systems to be monitored. This can also be dynamically based on self-defined filters.

The CMDB i-doit usually contains all data relevant for the monitoring. To avoid double data maintenance, it makes sense to use this data via the interface to SNAG-View. Changes to this data are automatically transferred from i-doit as the leading system to SNAG-View.
