All documents managed in i-doit (document add-on) can be seamlessly loaded into Znuny and signed there directly - quickly, securely and without media disruptions. Whether in the agent interface or the customer portal: Your employees and customers sign documents exactly where they process them.

The add-on is particularly practical for hardware handover documents/logs, service reports or contract approvals, for example. Everything remains transparent, documented and directly integrated into your business processes.

For maximum flexibility, the add-on also supports input via WACOM hardware - combining the familiarity of a handwritten signature with the benefits of digitization.
