Was ist OCS-Inventory?
OCS Inventory NG (Open Computer and Software Inventory Next Generation) ist eine Open Source Software zum automatischen Inventarisieren von Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten sowie ganzen Netzwerken. Die Software ist auf der offiziellen Webseite unter https://ocsinventory-ng.org/ für verschiedene Betriebssysteme verfügbar.
Das Add-on der Sector Nord AG bietet eine Importschnittstelle an, um sowohl Hard- als auch Softwareobjekte aus dem OCS Inventory System direkt in die i-doit CMDB zu importieren. Als i-doit Premium- und Development Partner mit besonderer Expertise haben wir pünktlich zum i-doit pro Release 1.18.2 das OCS Inventory Add-on veröffentlicht.
Das OCS Inventory Add-on war bis zum Release 1.18.1 fester Bestandteil des i-doit Cores und wurde nun als weiteres Add-on in das Portfolio mit aufgenommen.
