Integrate i-doit into your OTRS processes and use links of assets and customers for a faster solution of incidents & problems!

With the help of ticket systems, tasks or problem solutions can be processed in a structured way. By assigning a ticket to persons or groups, you ensure that the same task is not processed by several persons at the same time. Since each step is documented and can be entered into a knowledge database, similar cases can be solved more quickly in the future.

In order for the service desk in companies to be able to react quickly to malfunctions, relevant information must be available quickly. This information is stored in a well-maintained CMDB, but must also be able to be quickly found in a large database for the 1st level employee. The interface OTRS i-doit supports the employee at this point so that he can solve the problem immediately in the best case.

Standardized, recurring procedures can be implemented in OTRS via processes and thus processed step by step in a structured manner. New objects and relationships can be created system-wide via the interface. For example, users in the Active Directory and new devices in i-doit can be created from the OTRS process.
